Weight Loss! Your body has built-in natural 'fat-burners'

For too long the standard advice has been: "Eat smaller portions", "Cut the calories", "eat low-fat/ no-fat foods"  and "exercise a lot".

Dead Wrong! You're always hungry and irritable. Results are slow.

"Miracle Pills" and "Overnight Weight Loss" are myths, -- often dangerous.

The only sure, safe way to  lose your excess weight and keep it off... is Mother Nature's way.

Your body has built-in natural 'fat-burners'. But, through bad nutrition, these fat-burners become disfunctional, dormant, or plain lazy. That's why you're overweight. 

The only way you can lose weight and keep it off is to get your natural fat-burners functioning normally and at peak efficiency again. (That's really all that any weight loss system attempts to do - stimulate your fat-burners and curb your appetite, whether they use pills, herbs, hypnosis, acupuncture, or other methods.)

Every weight loss system is based on burning more calories than you eat.

The problem is, to achieve this, they stipulate you eat a lot less (usually around 1200 - 1500 calories). Result: you're always hungry. 

Furthermore, when your body senses (or believes) it's getting less food than it usually does, it's "self-preservation" switch is triggered. Because your body believes it's about to starve, the first thing it does is shut down it's fat-burners to preserve fuel (fat). That's why you burn so few calories, so slowly, on "starvation" diets. 

Did you know that you could cut your food right down to 1200 calories a day and still gain weight? Yes, if you burn only 1,000 you will gain weight even though you're constantly hungry. On the other hand, you could eat 3,500 calories and lose a lot of weight - if you burn 4,000.

It's not important how much you eat - what's important is...
how many calories you burn.

My Scientifically proven "prescription" works like this: 

1. Do not cut your calories. (Eat up to 3,500 Calories a day.) 
2. Eat "normal" every-day food(No need for expensive special meals.)
3. Re-arrange your food combinations for maximum catalystic reaction.
4. Adjust your food patterns to achieve peak metabolic rate.  (Already done for you in my program.)

You won't be hungry and...

    you'll burn a lot more - many more - calories than those contained in the food you eat.
My program does this automatically because you'll reduce even while you sleep.

Eat Normal Foods That "Explode" In Your Stomach.
Every morsel of food that you eat releases a "charge" of energy as it combusts in your stomach. This 'charge' stimulates your metabolism which turns up your fat-burners. Some foods produce small charges, others larger charges. Small charges means small stimulation for your fat-burners. And vice versa.

Weight-Loss Secret Unlocked.
During my years of research for the "ideal" weight loss method, I came across a fact that most of us in the medical and scientific world overlooked.

It it this: Just as different chemicals can be combined in certain combinations to produce different effects such as heat, colors, explosions, etc. so can everyday foods be combined to cause mega-charges to stimulate your fat-burners so they burn far more calories than the amount contained in the foods themselves.

How You Can Eat More And Weigh Less.
The key lies in the specific combinations and patterns of the food you eat. By eating one food before another, or with another, you can increase your calorie burn rate by 113%. That's how you can eat 3,500 calories and burn 4,000 or more.

Put simply, by eating mostly what you're eating now - but re-arranging your food into different combinations and patterns, you'll reach your ideal weight in record time - but safely. (As any reputable physician will advise you: too rapid weight loss is risky and a major cause of gall-stones.)

Just by altering and re-arranging your food combinations and patterns, you achieve 24/7 Calorie burn effortlessly -- safely melting away your excess fat.

That's the secret to start - and sustain - the process so you only lose excess fat, and not muscle.
