Honey Tangerines Bring Zest To Winter
Months
Honey Tangerines bring zest and to the
winter months with their bright aroma, cheery color and
succulent taste.
The late harvesting Mercot variety
extends the season into March. They do not store as well
as do oranges so they should be used quickly. Their
fragile skins make them an easy fruit for children to
peel and eat.
Tangerines are a very rich source of
vitamin C and also supply B vitamins, beta carotene,
along with some potassium and manganese.
