we know from experience that this takes a few days to establish a big adjustment. During this
time our bodies are depressed including the suppression of our immune system.
People who work 'shifts' and are always changing their sleep patterns are at risk for illness because their bodies can't establish a constant Circadian Rhythm. If you are fighting cancer, it is essential to have a regular sleep pattern and enough sleep to awake rested. If you have responsibilities such as caring for small children, this interruption is enough to greatly
affect your prospects for recovery. It is necessary to make whatever adjustments that may be necessary in order to provide a constant and adequate sleep pattern for at least two months or until a solid healing pattern is established. Then you should be careful to continue this pattern as best you can until you are in complete remission, making any adjustments in your life style that may be required.
