Weight Loss Programs On the Internet!

Feel free to gather information and explore the weight loss resources below to study what will work for you. The main thing is that you need to find something that you can feel motivated to do.

Some dieters find that they are the most successful on long-term programs whereas others find that intermittent short-term diets work best.

Below is a list of diets that use different approaches to help dieters lose weight.

THE NEGATIVE CALORIE DIET APPROACH

Thousands have lost an enormous amount of weight eating what is commonly referred to as "negative calorie foods".

The program is based on the theory that the overall effect of certain foods in our body is that of "negative calories". Negative calorie foods are foods, which use more calories to digest than the calories the foods actually contain! 

I've personally lost 7 pounds in 3 days on the program and it's my favorite way to diet because I love fruits, vegetables and fish.

Three Online Negative Calorie Resources:

The first is the most inexpensive of the three.  It's called the Negative Calorie Food List Report.  It doesn't offer a negative calorie diet program, but it does reveal the entire list of negative calorie foods.  It also offers bonus traditional diets like the Grapefruit Diet and the Cabbage Soup Diet.  You get the report as a free bonus when you download the Secret Recipes cookbook.

The second is the Negative Calorie Foods Cookbook.  It offers three negative calorie diet programs and includes a great negative calorie food cookbook.  It's designed to help increase your sluggish metabolism.

The third is the Low Carb Negative Calorie Diet plan. It's unique program combines the weight loss power of the low carb diet and the negative calorie effect.
  

LOW CARBOHYDRATE DIETS

A low carbohydrate diet has been proven to induce fat loss and help to protect the body against many diseases for which obesity is a risk factor.

Obese individuals do not metabolize glucose efficiently. So when an overweight or obese person consumes large amounts of carbohydrates, glucose accumulates in the blood and causes hyperglycemia. Because most of the glucose is not burned up into useful energy, it is converted to fat.

One of the first diets I tried was the Atkin's Low Carb Diet.  I lost over 15 pounds in 14 days and then the weight loss just stopped.  I stayed faithfully on the diet for another 4 weeks and didn't lose another pound so I quit the diet.

After some research, I learned that a lot of people hit a major plateau on the low carb diet and they are advised not to quit because they will begin losing again.  Thousands have lost weight on the low carb program by doing this, but I didn't have the patience to wait.

I later found the new One Low Carbohydrate Diet That Always Works program.  It teaches how to do a low carb diet properly and how not to make the same mistakes that many people make on low carb diets.

DIETS WITH VERY UNIQUE APPROACHES

The Dutch Mind Diet
It is also known as The Hiller Method and it has taken the Internet by storm. Based in the Netherlands, it's a new way of controlling obesity by teaching you how to change your perception of food, not your diet.

The creator, Mr. John Hiller, went from 250 to 185 pounds in some 50 days.
